When Will You Ship My Order?

Ship Dates:

Christmas Season

Santa Letters, Alaska Cuddle Packages, Santa Letter/Alaska Cuddle Package Combos, and Ornaments ship December 1 -15. Santa Letter and Envelope Packages ship through December 15.

Orders received after December 8 may not arrive in time for Christmas, but will ship as soon as possible.

No orders accepted December 12 - January 15.

Year RoundAll gift items generally ship 3-5 days after order is received.
AlternateIf you prefer an alternate ship date, please let us know.

What is Your Refund and Return Policy?

Santa Letters: If you are not satisfied with your Santa Letter you may return it in like-new condition (with all original contents), within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your money. No refunds for incorrect address, incorrect name submissions, or misspelled names.

Ornaments: Return in like-new condition within 14 days of purchase for exchange. No refunds will be given.

Alaska Cuddle Packages: Return all items within 14 days of purchase for a credit or exchange. Exchanges may be shipped by box instead of mailing tube.

Lost Orders: Insurance is not included with any of our items. Lost or missing packages will not be refunded unless insurance is purchased. Insurance does not cover postal delays, i.e, letters or gifts arriving late, and no refunds will be given. Please let us know if you would like to purchase insurance. You can e-mail or call us and we will add it to your total.

Delayed Orders: All orders are shipped on or before the USPS cutoff date for Christmas delivery. Postal delays are not covered by insurance, i.e. your letter or gift arriving late and we do not provide refunds for postal delays.
