About Our Santa Letters

When we founded our company in 2002, one of our main objectives was to design and create a Santa Letter package that reflects the spirit of North Pole, Alaska, while appealing to both parents and children alike.

Studies at the University of Alaska Fairbanks in graphic design and Web design, along with an A.A.S. Degree in Business, provided the education and skills that were used to create our stationery, our Website and other in-house products and designs. Read more about our custom design below.

At Santa's Letters and Gifts, we use the finest quality paper to print our letters. Unlike some companies who only use over-the-counter stationery, we offer a choice of luxurious parchment paper or high quality white stationery, which is further embellished with our warm, vintage design. We also take pride in personalizing each letter individually with your child, friend, or loved one's name, city, and state.

Because we are located in North Pole, Alaska you can be certain your letters will be postmarked with the official North Pole cancellation, sealed with Santa's warmest wishes and guaranteed to bring a smile to your child or loved ones! At Santa's Letters and Gifts we love what we do and it is a joy to bring happiness to children and adults around the world.

Exclusive Designs
In addition to stationery, many of our products feature exclusive, high quality designs, including our Christmas mailing tubes and envelopes, Good Boys and Girls Certificates, North Pole Seals and Robert Service Poetry, and you won't find these items anywhere else, but right here at Santa's Letters and Gifts in North Pole, Alaska!

About Our Custom Design

When we began designing our Santa letters, we wanted to evoke feelings of Christmas traditions long ago. Within our traditional design concept, our desire was to add a blend of North Pole, Alaska's ubiquitous color scheme, CANDY CANE STRIPES! From light poles to fire hydrants, candy cane stripes adorn many things around the town of North Pole. Finally, to make sure Rudolph received his rightful position, we placed him at the forefront of Santa's sleigh.

We think our Santa Letters are both traditional and fun, and we believe our letters reflect what living here at the North Pole is all about. We hope your child or loved one gets a sense of our community while they experience the surprise and excitement of receiving a letter from Santa Claus, all the way from North Pole, Alaska!

About Us

Fun in Alaska! Our son twirling in an ice bucket. Our family has made its home in North Pole, Alaska for over 30 years and we really appreciate the uniqueness and slow pace of our Northern community, plus the fact that we get to live where Santa Claus lives all year round. Needless to say, we feel very qualified in delivering a small part of our community directly to your door.

We are grateful to live in such a beautiful place which offers tremendous diversity in its people, landscape and climate. Alaska remains rich in Native culture, traditions, and languages, and here in the Interior of Alaska we celebrate our local history by commemorating the pioneers that ventured in to Alaska in search of gold at the turn of the last century. Like their predecessors, Alaska's people remain hardy, resilient and extremely resourceful.

Looking Back

Our first travels brought us to Alaska in the 1970s to visit family and attend the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Throughout the years we have traveled to many remote communities and villages in Alaska and our adventures and experiences have been part of the inspiration for our products.

In Our Back Yard

Welcome to North Pole, Alaska !Although the winters can be quite long and harsh, we love the quiet Northern living and winter beauty we see out our window each day. Moose slumber in our back yard, bears roam in the open wilderness nearby, and Santa's reindeer--well when they are not busy helping Santa, sometimes you can see them dancing across the surrounding hills above the Arctic Circle!

Because we are buried in snow almost two-thirds out of each year, we spend much of our time doing winter activities such as: ice skating, sledding, and cross-country skiing with our boys. Life is always a daily adventure here!
